We're currently looking for a Candidate Care Consultant to join our growing Resourcing Team . Role Overview: As a Candidate Care Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey, from initial engagement through to interview stage. You'll build strong relationships, identify talented professionals within the not-for-profit sector, and contribute to the growth of our candidate network and client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process up to interview stage. Source and engage candidates for junior to mid-level opportunities within the not-for-profit sector. Provide guidance and support to candidates as they navigate their career journey. Build and maintain strong candidate networks and talent pipelines. Identify and generate leads through candidate conversations, market research, and industry insight. Spot business development opportunities and contribute to winning new client partnerships. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through a consultative, service-led approach. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives. Person Specification: Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn and develop their career. A confident communicator who enjoys building lasting relationships. Commercially minded and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results. Curious, proactive, and able to identify opportunities and act on them. Resilient, positive, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment. Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We are equally interested in candidates with a background in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development who can demonstrate the right attitude and potential. What's on Offer? Competitive base salary of £25,000–£28,000 (depending on experience). Uncapped commission with strong earning potential. Clear progression and structured career development.
