Role: Legal Receptionist Location: Sheffield City Centre Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 Contract: Full Time, Permanent The Opportunity CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Sheffield city centre. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a professional and personable Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a modern legal practice that prides itself on delivering an excellent client experience. What you'll be doing Acting as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and incoming calls Managing the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment Handling incoming and outgoing post, DX, and deliveries Booking meeting rooms and preparing them for client meetings Providing administrative support to legal teams where required Maintaining accurate records and assisting with basic data entry Supporting general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What they're looking for Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A proactive and positive approach to work Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential What's on Offer Competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 Central Sheffield location with excellent transport links Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to gain experience within a reputable law firm Long-term stability and career development opportunities Interested?
