Job Description Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. Resolve customer queries and disputes in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses. Prepare and distribute regular financial reports related to credit control activities. Assess and monitor customer credit limits to minimise financial risk. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes. Assist in the preparation of debt recovery actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful Credit Controller should have: Previous experience in a similar credit control or accounts receivable role. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
