We are partnering with an internationally recognised entrepreneur, producer, philanthropist and public figure to appoint an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant / Private PA. Supporting a highly accomplished Principal with a diverse portfolio of business, creative and philanthropic interests, this is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing support team operating across multiple international locations. This role requires a polished, highly organised and discreet professional who is accustomed to supporting high-profile principals and navigating the demands of an international, fast-paced lifestyle. Responsibilities will include : Complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zones Coordinating extensive international travel across the UK, Europe and the US Travelling as required to support the principal and ensure seamless logistics and execution of plans Managing personal appointments, events and commitments Liaising with household staff and overseeing household administration across multiple residences Acting as a key point of contact for family members, advisors and external stakeholders Supporting a range of business, creative and philanthropic projects Coordinating events, hospitality and guest logistics Ensuring seamless communication, organisation and prioritisation across a varied and ever-changing workload Providing proactive support and cover across all aspects of the principal's professional and personal life What we are looking for: Significant PA/EA experience supporting an UHNW individual, celebrity or public figure at the highest level Comfortable operating within a high-profile, international environment and familiar with the pace, discretion and flexibility this lifestyle demands Available and willing to travel regularly throughout the UK, Europe and the US as required Exposure to PR, media, social media, fashion, film or other creative industries would be highly advantageous A confident decision-maker with excellent judgement and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise Highly proactive, resourceful and capable of working independently using your own initiative Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail Strong relationship management skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders This is a fantastic opportunity to support a globally recognised individual at the highest level.
