A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join a founder-led investment firm with a global presence. Based in the West End, this is a fast-paced, dynamic business with a strong focus on tech and AI, offering the chance to work for a very collaborative and sociable team. This is a highly visible role supporting the Founder, whilst also providing lighter support across the wider team. The environment is deliberately non-hierarchical, and they are looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved wherever needed – equally comfortable managing complex executive support as they are helping ensure the office runs smoothly. The successful candidate will be supporting a busy, driven Founder and acting as a trusted right hand. Personality fit will be key; they are looking for someone professional, discreet, adaptable and unfazed by working with high-net-worth individuals. Previous experience within private equity, family offices, investment firms or similar environments would be highly advantageous. Key responsibilities will include: Extensive diary and inbox management Coordinating meetings, schedules and stakeholder communications Complex travel management, including international flights, hotels and itineraries for the Founder and wider team Expense management and Amex reconciliations Office management responsibilities, ensuring the office operates seamlessly day-to-day Supporting company conferences, off-sites and key events throughout the year Private PA support including personal administration, appointments, shopping and travel arrangements Using AI tools including Claude and Copilot to improve efficiency and workflow Assisting with presentations, reporting, Excel spreadsheets and expense coding Providing ad hoc support across the business as required The ideal candidate will be: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Calm, discreet and professional at all times Naturally proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Flexible and responsive when priorities change Happy working five days per week from the office A confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English Polished, personable and able to build strong relationships at all levels This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious EA who enjoys being at the centre of a business and wants to work closely with an impressive Founder within a growing global investment company.
