Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RECEPTION DUTIES: 1. Ensure that all visitors are received courteously and that health and safety protocols regarding visitors are adhered to 2. Manage all incoming telephone calls, enquiries and admin emails and respond, distribute or take messages as necessary 3. Liaise with members of staff, parents/carers, trustees and outside agencies as directed 4. Assist in identification checks for those collecting students 5. Provide absence cover for reception areas at other Trust sites ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT DUTIES: 1. Maintain and update manual and computerised records / management information systems (MIS) for the Corporate Services departments 2. Other administrative tasks to support Corporate Services including gathering, collating and distributing information, filing etc 3. Arrange/facilitate meetings including maintaining diaries and meeting rooms 4. Assist in organising events and hospitality 5. Manage outgoing and incoming post 6. Distribution of letters and other communication e.g. group text service and emails
