About the role Make a difference to the student experience We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Programme Officer to join our Programme Operations team on a permanent basis . This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of academic programmes and play a key role in delivering a high‑quality experience for our students. Our Programme Operations team provides an integrated, responsive service to support the effective delivery of courses across the University. You will work closely with students, academic colleagues and professional services teams, responding to a wide range of course‑related queries and ensuring processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with University regulations. What you’ll be doing In this varied and fast‑paced role, you will: Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support for academic programmes Act as a key point of contact for students, responding to enquiries via email, telephone, online platforms and in person Liaise with academic staff, professional service teams, partner organisations and others Contribute to service improvement by identifying more effective ways of working Help deliver University‑wide events such as enrolment and graduation Why join us?
