Production Operative

Role: Production Operative Location: South Cerney Hours: Monday to Friday Responsive Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing client in South Cerney. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are key. Key Responsibilities Working on a production line to ensure products are processed efficiently. Carrying out assembly, packing, and labelling duties. Performing quality checks to maintain high standards. Following production schedules and meeting daily targets. Ensuring work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe. Adhering to company procedures and health and safety regulations. Assisting with stock movement and general operational tasks as required. Candidate Requirements Good attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible approach to duties and working hours.
