• Manage a caseload of complex cases within a vibrant and busy Community Mental Health Team ensuring personalised care is at the forefront of every plan.
• Contribute to the broader Multidisciplinary Team actively participating and offering your insights as a duty worker on allocated days.
• Support junior staff and students, serving as a mentor and leader to help cultivate the next generation of mental health practitioners.
