It leverages remotely operated, diverless technologies to deliver high-precision non-destructive testing capabilities in challenging underwater environments. Job Description Process supplier invoices and ensure proper coding and authorisation. Prepare and execute payment runs in a timely manner. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure invoice approvals align with company policies. Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable. Respond to supplier queries professionally and promptly. Support the accounting team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Payable Coordinator should have: A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures. Use of SAP or ERP Systems Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
