Job Description The key responsibilities of this Finance Assistant role will be: Assist in processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements. Support the preparation of monthly management accounts. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently. Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as required. Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities. Support the team with administrative tasks related to accounting and finance. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data. The Successful Applicant The successful Finance Assistant should have: Basic knowledge of accountancy principles and financial processes. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical and organisational skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
