What you will do:
- Support foster carers and children through regular visits and professional discussions to maintain high standards of care.
- Assess and review fostering care plans, making recommendations to improve outcomes for children and foster families.
- Assist in recruitment and assessment of prospective foster carers, promoting safe and nurturing placements.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, sharing best practice and contributing to training and development.
- Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports supporting the fostering service.
