In office, 9.00 – 5.30 What you’ll be doing day to day: Ensuring Partners’ travel is seamless and cross checked Juggling busy diaries Booking restaurants, and venues Creating and sending calendar invites for meetings Troubleshooting IT issues for the two partners Monitoring CRM database and assisting teams with keeping information current and relevant, updating client pipelines Assisting with conferences Event coordination for client entertainment days Designing event material including, including beautiful invitations Ensuring the team are fully supported The skills you need to bring: Graduate with minimum 1 year + supporting executives in corporate environment Confident and proactive approach, able to stay one step ahead Inquisitive mind, eager to learn and grow Ability to communicate at senior level, globally Excellent organisational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and able to handle confidential information with discretion Experience coordinating across multiple time zones Advanced MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive would be useful) Comfortable working with data, producing reports and managing client pipelines
