Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Willow House.
You'll be working 42hours a week (days and nights from 07:45am/pm until 08:00pm/am, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Willow House.
Willow House is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with learning disabilities complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives
- Experienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities and mental health
- An excellent communicator and a good team player
- Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
- Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
Your day-to-day...
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard all patients
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
