Office based, Mayfair £48,000 -£52,000 + bonus + benefits + onsite gym We are working with a high-end global investment company with stunning offices and on-site gym based in Mayfair. This is a fantastic company with a diverse culture and a friendly collaborative team, it’s a highly professional company with a friendly and sociable feel.  The role is Team Assistant position including high level support to 2 MD’s and a small group of investment professionals. The team are great to work with, and the role includes a range of varied duties. The Role Dedicated Executive Support to your team including 2 MD’s and a small group of investment professionals Coordinate complex global travel for team Management of multiple global diaries across time zones Arrange a high volume of meetings and all associated logistics Book restaurants, venues and meeting rooms Process multi-currency expenses in a timely manner Create high-quality documents using MS office Build strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders You Experience in a similar role within FS, PS or other fast paced, high-level environment Confident and experienced in managing a high volume of international travel itineraries and complex diary management High level MS Office skills and a quick learner of new platforms A helpful, reliable team player who loves being an Assistant If you are looking to join a lovely group of people in a fantastic environment and have a background in either financial services or other fast paced corporate role then get in touch!  We are looking for a high calibre Team Assistant who is passionate about doing a great job and building strong relationships with your team, colleagues and clients.  This role is fully office based with very balanced hours, operating a 9-5 day and infrequent requirement for additional hours.
