Then the Lyonic Scots Society would be delighted to have you as our Committee Secretary . You don’t need to be Scottish or have Scottish heritage — just bring your organisational skills, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to help our committee support the Clan Chief in promoting the Lyonic Scots. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing agendas and taking clear, accurate minutes at committee meetings. Keeping our records, documents, and communications organised. Helping ensure the committee stays on track with actions and deadlines. Supporting the Chair‑person and Vice Chair with smooth administration. Acting as a key point of contact for internal communication. What We’re Looking For Someone organised, reliable, and good at keeping details straight. Comfortable writing minutes and managing basic admin tasks. A friendly communicator who enjoys supporting a team. Able to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
