• Conduct timely and proportionate assessments at the front door of adult social care, ensuring appropriate risk assessment and oversight.
• Provide supervision to both qualified and unqualified staff, guiding them to deliver high-quality assessments.
• Manage and prioritise cases based on limited referral information to meet the needs of service users efficiently.
