Duties Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility support Support the development and implementation of personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in condition Assist with medication administration as per prescribed instructions Support clients with household tasks including light cleaning and meal preparation accompany clients to appointments or outings as required Communicate effectively with team members, residents, or clients to ensure their needs are met promptly and compassionately Requirements Experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation purposes Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach towards clients or residents Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, or weekends if necessary We are looking for Day and Night Carers.
