As an Operations Assistant based in Warrington youll be responsible for: Providing a high level of customer service by supplying the correct materials. Checking Goods-in are correctly delivered against delivery notes and goods are booked in on the Wolseley System, then put away accurately and safely. Accurately pick and label goods booked out to customers and other branches using Wolseley System, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed. Maintaining standards of housekeeping and adhere to health and safety guidelines, including manual handling techniques, use of loading equipment and PPE. This role may be required to deputise for the Operations Supervisor or Manager as required. This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am 5pm And heres what wed like you to have: Previous industry experience would be ideal Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Transport and logistics knowledge Good literacy & numeracy skills Frequent high intensity activity experience FLT licence would be an advantage but not essential We look forward to receiving your application!
