Operating as an autonomous division of a European food group, the UK country manager seeks to grow the team as they expand into new retailer customers. Regarded for the quality and flavour of their indulgent ranges they have evolved to meet growing consumer needs and now seek to expand their commercial function. As commercial manager, you will be responsible for developing UK retail accounts from existing listings to expand range and volume aligned with their European based manufacturing site. Through JBP and range management you will be able to strategically deliver the growth to meet the groups ambitions of the UK market. This role will suit those who enjoy the autonomy to manage their customers and relish accountability for delivering growth in a geographically diverse team. You’ll be part of a team who are as happy to work at home as in the office and take trips to their European parent on a quarterly cycle to build relationships with your retail customers.
