With a strong reputation for quality products and dependable service, they're investing in growth-and looking for a driven Sales Executive / Account Manager to join the journey. 💼 The Opportunity This is a hybrid new business + account management role , perfect for someone who loves winning new clients but also enjoys growing and developing long-term relationships. You'll have the autonomy to build your territory, manage key customers, and directly influence your earnings . 🔑 What You'll Be Doing Drive new business development across hospitality and foodservice Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers Conduct regular client visits and on-site meetings Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets ✅ What We're Looking For Experience in a sales or account management role (foodservice, FMCG, wholesale, or hospitality highly desirable) A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong commercial mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts Confident negotiator with a track record of closing deals Highly organised with strong time management skills Full UK driving licence Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
