Recruitment Resourcer – Fire & Security

We’re currently partnering with a growing recruitment business specialising in the electronic fire & security industry, who are looking to add a Recruitment Resourcer to their expanding team in Romford, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a recruitment background who enjoys building relationships, networking with candidates, and developing specialist market knowledge.

You’ll work across a variety of roles within the sector, including:

• Fire & Security Engineers
• Commissioning Engineers
• Service & Maintenance Engineers
• Project Managers
• Sales & Business Development professionals
• Install Engineers
• Operations & Contracts Managers

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates while supporting clients with key hires across the industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Headhunting and building strong candidate networks
• Managing the full candidate journey from registration through to placement
• Supporting clients with recruitment delivery across permanent and temporary vacancies
• Building long-term relationships within your specialist market
• Developing strong industry and market knowledge

What’s on Offer

• Basic salary up to £30,000
• Bonus of £10,000–£12,000
• 25–30 days holiday

About You

• Recruitment experience (permanent or temporary recruitment background)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, organised, and commercially aware
• A relationship-first approach with the ability to build trust quickly
