Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an experienced Bank Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Long Eaton Day Service.
We specialise in supporting individuals with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, in addition to those with complex health needs, physical disabilities and those with autism. We have a long history of enhancing the quality of life of the individuals who attend the service.
You'll be working flexible bank hours a week (days shifts Monday-Friday), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Long Eaton Day Service.

Driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives
Experienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities
An excellent communicator and a good team player
Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
Your day-to-day…
Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
Assist with medical & welfare needs
Report on medical & welfare needs as required
Safeguard all patients
Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
