We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join a successful search firm based in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and wants to play a key role within a growing business. The role will be a blend of complex diary management, scheduling and executive support, working closely with the founder to ensure everything runs seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating interviews, meetings and calls across multiple time zones, often with senior stakeholders, so strong attention to detail and the ability to think ahead are essential. This role would suit someone who is naturally organised, calm under pressure and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes. You’ll need to be flexible, comfortable working longer hours when required and able to provide high-level EA support with a real sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will be polished, professional and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to problem-solve. No two days will be the same, and this is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with a successful founder while gaining exposure to a dynamic and ambitious business. This is a permanent role and salary depends on experience.
