As a Team PA, you will become an integral part of a close-knit and high-performing practice, working alongside Partners, Associates and support professionals to deliver a seamless, client-focused service. The Role As a Team PA, you will provide proactive, high-level support to Partners and fee earners, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The position requires someone who is confident managing competing priorities, anticipating needs and building strong working relationships across the team. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored administrative support to Partners and fee earners, acting as a first point of contact Proactively manage busy diaries and inboxes, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritising effectively Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas and supporting documents Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, visas and transport Support the billing process end-to-end, including drafting bills, processing disbursements and raising credit notes Assist with client collections by preparing and sending communications regarding outstanding invoices Manage expenses, invoices and general accounts payable tasks Support matter opening processes, including compliance checks and document management Maintain and update CRM systems and support business development activity Assist with document production, formatting and bundling as required Build strong relationships across the firm and provide support to other teams when needed About You Previous experience as a PA within a law firm or professional services environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High level of attention to detail with strong typing, proofreading and numeracy skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently using sound judgement Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to perform under pressure Benefits Collaborative and supportive team environment High-quality training and development programmes Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders Exposure to complex and high-profile work Inclusive culture that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives If you are looking to step into a dynamic and rewarding position where your contribution will be recognised and valued, this Team PA opportunity offers an excellent next move in your career.
