Job Description

We are seeking for an experienced High-Ticket Copywriter & Landing Page Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who can strategically manage and optimize our entire promotion cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end funnel refinement: writing genuine sales copy, building high-converting funnels in GoHighLevel, scripting multi-stage email sequences (educational, short-term, long-term nurture, and VSL scripts), orchestrating high-quality video/presentation content, and optimizing Google and Meta Video Ads. If you love creating clean, visually appealing layouts that blend with heart-felt genuine sales copy accompanied by crisp, authentic imagery (no AI-generated people pics), we want to talk to you. Your goal will be to establish immediate value and build trust, guiding visitors with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, sexual assault, on multiple meds and not feeling well to invest in our 7, 14, and 21-day health restoration retreats valued between $5,000 and $15,000 CAD . There is also an easier group for a 5, 7, and 9 Day Health Reboot & Cleanse retreats valued between $3,000 and $6,000 CAD. Brief History For over 20 years, we have solely relied on just websites to generate leads. Retreats. Currently we have one main brand site and three specialized program websites (Emotional Wellness (HYM Site), Quit Smoking, and Health Reboot/Juice Fasting (YWR Site)). Historically, our main website traffic has converted exceptionally well, yielding a 25% to 40% registration rate from a few consultations. These individuals arrived better understanding of the service/value and much better prepared to do business. Since 2023, we have run extensive paid traffic tests for YWR & HYM websites. In the fall of 2025, we transitioned to driving Google and Facebook Ads traffic to dedicated HYM landing page with a call-to-action (CTA) to book a "Free Consultation" and in Apr 2026 launched YWR landing page. The Problem: While these landing pages generate a number of leads, the lead-to-registration conversion rate dropped to under 5% . Our Program Consultants were wasting valuable time sorting through highly unqualified leads (e.g., individuals with no budget, high no-show rates, or casual browsers unaware of our pricing, schedule dates, or physical location). Rather than capturing premium retreat guests, our ad spend has inadvertently turned our intake lines into a free crisis hotline—particularly via Facebook Ads. It was very disappointing. We have paused our active Facebook campaigns end of April to step back and re-imagine our strategy. We know the potential of combining paid ads, landing pages, long-form VSLs, and email nurture tracks is massive. However, our current landing pages look unprofessional, feel "shallow," with phone images and fail to appeal to the top 10% income earners who dominate our core target audience on Google Ads. We need an expert to help us crack the "conversion code," inject market education into our funnels, and deliver pre-qualified, pre-educated leads who are ready to enroll before they ever get on the phone. Scope of Work & Current Projects Project YWR: Health Reboot Program (Optimization & Nurture) The Goal: Optimize the existing landing page structure and build a comprehensive long-term email nurture funnel. Need a Master Document of all “tags, workflows” to give a copy to the Program Consultants to properly use it 😊 It’s a mess right now. It converts, but desperately needs a complete visual, color, and imagery overhaul to eliminate generic AI graphics). Deliverables: Redesign layout and imagery, write missing email sequences, and establish workflows for specific user touchpoints (pre-and-post call education, no-shows, cancellations, "too expensive" objections, and "not ready to register" segments). Video Sales Letters (VSL): We have recorded scripts available, but the raw production quality is poor. You will help us visualize this content, professionally re-record so it is highly engaging, moving away from a standard, static "talking head" format. (some do not even have proper lighting or very poor background) Project HYM: Emotional Wellness Program (Optimization & Funnel Unification) The Goal: Unify isolated marketing assets currently spread across GoHighLevel and Keap, Box doc, Google Sheets into a single, seamless, high-ticket conversion flow.
