We work across fashion, luxury and comedy. What you’ll do: Production: Oversee and assist all elements of Clay’s shoots, from pre-production through to post-production. Manage and book travel and accommodation. Business and Admin: Build budgets / estimates and manage invoices. Manage roster of freelancers. Develop new relationships with freelancers and find new talent. Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling. Develop new business relationships and opportunities. Streamline processes. We’re looking for: Someone who loves film and wants to grow in their knowledge and passion. Someone who is highly organised and takes initiative. Someone who is personable. Someone who is agile and adaptable to wherever the wild and winding world of filmmaking might lead them. Someone who is open to flexible working both in terms of location and timing. The intensity of workload can be very seasonal, so an openness to that is key. Relevant experience in film - either in work or in education. London-based (or easy commute)
