Process customer invoices and ensure compliance with company policies. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies as required. Monitor and manage outstanding debts, issuing reminders where necessary. Prepare and distribute financial reports to the accounting team. Support month-end and year-end financial processes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently. Assist in improving processes and implementing best practices in the ledger system. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Ledger Clerk should have: A strong understanding of sales ledger management and accounting principles. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Clear and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Experience in the retail industry or a similar sector is preferred.
