What you will be doing Facilitate discussions Create a supportive environment for men to connect, share experiences, and empower each other Prepare hot drinks and snacks To negotiate/facilitate conflicts or disagreements that may arise during group meetings. The skills you need Ability to create and maintain a safe environment where participants’ thoughts and feelings are valued, and group members are treated with fairness, equity and respect Experience of facilitating groups.
