Independent Dental Practice Part-time Associate Dentist Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Predominantly private mixed practice Four days per week Current associates grossing circa £15,000 monthly in private plus NHS High private demand in an affluent area Well-established and maintained patient list to inherit Fantastic support is available for dentists at any stage of their career Up to £15 per UDA Circa 3000 UDAs available A special interest in a specific dental field would be well utilised, particularly in cosmetic dentistry High-spec equipment including digital X-ray and intra-oral camera Nurse and hygienist support is available Established dental practice Permanent position Reference: DL100240 This is a fantastic opportunity in a family-run, predominantly private five-surgery practice in an affluent area, offering a great opportunity for a dentist at any stage of their career for high private earnings, and an established patient list to inherit from a departing colleague. The practice has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, with a focus on long-term relationships, trust, and continuity. Patients are engaged, understand their treatment options, and are receptive to higher-value and aesthetic dentistry. There is an established and consistent flow of private work within the practice, including composite bonding, aligner therapy, and smile improvements, supported by a patient base that values and invests in their oral health. New patients are regularly joining the practice and will be allocated, providing a clear opportunity to further develop your clinical interests and build your patient base alongside your existing list. It would be beneficial for the successful candidate to have a special interest in a specific field of dentistry (particularly cosmetic or restorative dentistry), although this is not essential. Mentoring and support are available in areas including endodontics, composite bonding, and aligner systems. The practice offers a supportive and professional working environment, where associates are given the time, tools, and clinical freedom to deliver high-quality dentistry, alongside a balanced mix of NHS and private work.
