Temporary Healthcare Assistants (HCA) – Barnet Flexible Temporary Opportunities Available We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support a range of healthcare settings across Hertfordshire, Essex, and London . Whether you are looking for full-time hours, part-time shifts, days, nights, or weekend work, we have flexible opportunities available to suit your availability. Key Responsibilities Providing high-quality personal care and support to patients and service users. Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility support. Monitoring and recording observations where required. Supporting nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient care. Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times. Maintaining accurate records and following care plans. Adhering to safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Assistant (Minimum 6 months UK experience). A caring, professional, and patient-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS. (we can assist in applying for this if required).
