What you will do
- Provide high-standard social work services aligned with the Council’s duties and legislation.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment to offer professional social work support, focusing on the social care outcomes as set out in the Department of Health’s Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework.
- Undertake and carry out ongoing work, including new adult assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and reviews of care and support needs.
- Offer day-to-day support to the management team in handling incoming demand, with the advantage of working two days in the office and enjoying three remote workdays.
