Finance Assistant

Legal Services Agency (LSA) is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. Our work is highly regarded and nationally recognised.Your work will support the delivery of legal services to individuals and communities experiencing disadvantage across Scotland.About youYou will have experience maintaining accurate financial records and completing reconciliations to audit standards. You will be confident supporting financial reporting and budgeting, and able to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation to resolve finance queries.You will be organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities, with a flexible and collaborative approach to your work.Experience of working with legal aid accounts or similar systems is desirable; however, full training will be provided.What we offer:25 days annual leave + 12 public holidays2 discretionary leave days (December), birthday leave, and 5-year service dayPension contribution and salary sacrifice schemesHybrid and flexible working optionsTrial of a 4-day working week (32 hours, no salary reduction)
