Investment Management Assistant, EC2 £40,000 + benefits 22897 Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a client facing role? Do you have 2+ years’ experience in financial services, with a desire to develop your career and build your skillset in a fast-paced, professional environment? Would you be eager to learn by supporting a team of Investment Managers at a family office of a leading stockbroking firm in the City? Are you strong on processes and IT and enjoy being part of a successful team? If the answer is yes, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll be at the heart of the action; supporting clients and investors from foundations, leading figures in government, and high net worth individuals. This role will be 5 days a week in the office for the first 6 months, then hybrid 3/2. What you’ll be doing day-to-day: Supporting Investment Management team with client relationships Entering deal instructions received from Investment Managers Preparing letters and presentation packs Entering new data and managing the CRM software Sending documentation out to new and existing clients Processing investor applications and coordinating investor processes Responding to client and advisor queries Managing multiple appointments within a shared diary Maintaining multiple spreadsheets to support workflows and meet deadlines Electronic and physical filing of paperwork relating to client correspondence Providing support with general administration for the desk Arranging events, lunches and meetings The skills you need to bring: 2 years’ experience in financial services Strong MS Office and CRM skills An understanding and interest in Financial Services Superb client facing skills Confident communication skills Hard-working attitude
