Recruitment Consultant Location: Central London (generous hybrid working) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + commission We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business in Central London. Working within a high performing boutique team, you will manage a 360-recruitment desk, partnering with a range of exciting clients and candidates. We are open to hearing from both experienced recruiters and individuals earlier in their career who are keen to develop a successful career in recruitment! About the Role: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement Source, engage, and register candidates on a daily basis Write and manage job adverts Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships Drive business development activities to win new clients and grow your desk Attend client meetings and networking opportunities Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates Prepare and format candidate CVs for client submission Manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and placements About You: Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential Strong communication and relationship-building skills Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Commercially minded, ambitious, and eager to learn Organised, resilient, and driven by results This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where you’ll be given support, training, and autonomy to success.
