Payroll Administrator | Part-Time | Gravesend | Temp-to-Perm

💥 Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for a flexible, part-time role? We're currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our client's team!

This is a key administrative role requiring someone with a solid background in payroll or bookkeeping, who can confidently manage data, maintain employee records, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and an external payroll provider.

💼 Role: Payroll Administrator
🕐 Term: Temp-to-perm
📍 Location: Gravesend, Kent
⏰ Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible on start and finish time/this would be across 3 days)
💷 Pay: £15 per hour
✅ Start: Immediate start available

The Role

• Support the smooth delivery of payroll, acting as a key link between internal teams and an outsourced payroll provider


• Process and review timesheets and payroll data for approx. 150 employees


• Submit and reconcile payroll information with an external provider


• Handle employee payroll queries promptly and professionally


• Maintain records of sickness, holidays, and absences


• Process starters, leavers, and changes to employee data


• Support pensions, attachments of earnings, and reporting (incl. P11Ds)


• Assist with general admin and finance support

About You

• Previous experience in payroll or accounts administration


• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail


• Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills


• Able to work independently and meet deadlines


• Flexible to cover additional hours when needed
