Join JAR Security & Events – Exciting Opportunities Across Cardiff and South Wales JAR Security & Events is expanding, with new venues and events across Cardiff and South Wales. We are inviting experienced, professional individuals who hold a valid SIA licence to apply to join our established Security and Stewarding teams. As an SIA Approved Contractor, JAR Security & Events specialises in manned guarding, event security, traffic marshalling, door supervision and stewarding for a wide range of venues and high-profile events. For over 10 years, we have been a trusted supplier to some of the UK’s most prestigious events, delivering professional security services with reliability, safety and confidence. We offer varied and exciting opportunities across static sites, stadiums, music venues, festivals, businesses, public events and private venues. Role Responsibilities Successful applicants will be expected to: Support the safe and efficient operation of venues and events Identify and report suspicious activity, risks or concerns Maintain awareness of health, safety and welfare for spectators, colleagues and themselves Carry out safety checks and safety sweeps Assist with conflict management when required Control, guide and direct spectators to support safe crowd flow and movement Help maintain public safety within venues and surrounding areas Applicant Requirements Applicants must: Be aged 18 or over Have the right to work in the UK Hold a valid Door Supervisor SIA licence Be able to provide DBS and First Aid certificates where required Complete our application, vetting and interview process If you are reliable, professional and ready to work across exciting venues and events, we would like to hear from you.
