What you will do

• Caseload Management: Manage and oversee a varied caseload including Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
• Assessment & Planning: Conduct assessments and develop care plans to safeguard and support children.
• Family Engagement: Work closely with families, providing guidance and support to improve outcomes.
• Court Work: Prepare reports and participate in legal proceedings where required.
• Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with professionals across services to deliver coordinated care.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.
