Key Details: Role : Front of House Location : London Contract Start Date: 18th June – 26th June Industry: Luxury Interior Design Days in Office : 5 days Hours : 9:00 – 17:30 Salary : £17.01 P/H, including holiday pay Company Overview: We have an exciting new role with a prestigious luxury interior design studio, renowned for delivering exceptional high-end residential projects, the studio is seeking a polished and proactive Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the business. This varied role will involve traditional front of house responsibilities including meeting and greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing calls, managing meeting rooms, handling post and deliveries, and ensuring the reception area and office environment are maintained to an impeccable standard. The successful candidate will also assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provide support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required. The studio offers a friendly, collaborative working environment and beautiful offices, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a luxury setting and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable and highly organised, with previous reception or front of house experience and a confident, can-do attitude. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers Meet and greet guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Manage incoming calls, taking messages and directing enquiries appropriately Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for internal and client meetings Provide administrative support to the wider team, including filing, scanning and document management Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries Maintain the reception, meeting rooms and communal areas to a high standard Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the front of house function Provide general office support to maintain an efficient and organised working environment Skills and Experience: Minimum of 1 years in a Front of House position Creative experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, can-do attitude Reliable, organised, and motivated
