A boutique financial recruitment business is looking for a highly organised and proactive Part Time Operations & Executive Support professional to work closely with the Founder in a varied role. The business specialises in qualified finance hires and has built a strong reputation through a highly relationship-led and consultative approach. This role has been created to help streamline operations, reduce administrative burden, and free up more time for business development and client management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a growing business and thrives in a founder-led environment. Additional details: Fully remote Ideally spread across 4 - 5 shorter working days Flexible hours (approximately 20 - 25 hours per week) Responsibilities include: Inbox management and email triage Coordinating interviews and candidate scheduling Supporting candidates and clients throughout recruitment processes CRM management and database upkeep (Bullhorn) Contractor administration and timesheet chasing General recruitment and executive search administration Supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies Assisting with marketing campaigns and business support projects What we are looking for: Previous experience within recruitment, executive search, or staffing support Exceptional written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence working autonomously in a remote setup CRM experience (Bullhorn preferred) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
