3-MSL/RvF Marketing Specialist Luxury Real Estate c.€20,000 per annum Lisbon, Portugal Permanent Office-based About the Company: A dynamic international real estate business specialising in the luxury property market. With a strong presence in Portugal, the company is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the promotion of high-end property listings and strengthen brand visibility across the market. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and hands-on marketing professional with experience within the Portuguese real estate sector. Working closely with the wider business, you will be responsible for driving marketing activity across property listings, development projects and brand campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and market visibility. Responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing marketing strategies for property listings and developments. Managing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms. Overseeing property listings across Idealista and other local and international property portals. Managing the company's social media presence and content strategy. Coordinating content creation, including copy, imagery and video. Supporting property launches and promotional campaigns. Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results. Conducting market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends. Candidate Specification: Previous marketing experience within the Portuguese real estate sector is essential. Strong understanding of the Lisbon property market. Experience working within a real estate brokerage environment. Proven experience managing property portals, including Idealista. Strong digital marketing experience, including Google Ads and Meta campaigns. Fluent Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Commercially minded, analytical and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively with external agencies and suppliers. Additional Information: Permanent position. Office-based in Lisbon. Salary circa €20,000 per annum.
