Executive Assistant London | £50,000–£65,000 | 4 days in office | Temp-to-perm opportunity Working hours: 7:30am–5:00pm We are supporting a highly regarded global investment firm with the hire of an Executive Assistant to support Portfolio Managers and Research teams within a collaborative and fast-moving environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an EA who enjoys becoming a trusted member of the team, building strong relationships and providing seamless support within a high-performing investment environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities whilst operating with professionalism, discretion and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities will include: Complex diary management and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones Extensive international and domestic travel arrangements Expense management and administrative support Supporting Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts with day-to-day coordination Managing meeting logistics, scheduling and conference room bookings Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally Assisting with wider team projects and operational support as required Identifying ways to improve processes and support the smooth running of the team They are looking for someone who: Has previous Executive Assistant experience within investment, financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail Is proactive, adaptable and confident working independently Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills Enjoys working closely with senior professionals and becoming embedded within a team Is proficient across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word What’s on offer: Temp-to-perm opportunity within a highly regarded global investment firm Collaborative and professional team environment Strong exposure across investment and research teams Long-term opportunity with potential for growth and progression Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package, if converted to permanent
