Our client, a premium serviced office provider based near London Bridge, is looking for a polished and proactive Client Services Advisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a front-of-house background who enjoys building strong client relationships and creating outstanding workplace experiences. The Role Working with the Community Manager As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of this vibrant business centre. You’ll provide a high level of support to tenants, manage facilities coordination and help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the building. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional front-of-house and client support services Build strong relationships with office clients and visitors Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and client requests Handle calls, emails and general administration tasks Support facilities and office operations teams Ensure communal areas are presented to a high standard Assist with events and tenant engagement activities About You Previous experience in serviced offices or reception Professional, confident and highly personable Excellent communication and organisational skills Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems If you enjoy delivering first-class service and want to be part of a dynamic and professional office environment, we’d love to hear from you.
