The VOLUNTEER Opportunity As an Admin Support Volunteer, you will play a key role in helping SUNSHINE stay organised, responsive, and effective. You’ll help keep our inboxes tidy, our documents in order, and our team supported — so we can focus on reaching more people who feel alone. Whether you can help regularly or just occasionally, your support will make a meaningful difference. What You’ll Be Doing Depending on your skills and availability, you may help with: Managing and organising emails Scheduling meetings and sending reminders Filing and maintaining digital documents Supporting volunteer onboarding admin Preparing simple templates, forms, or spreadsheets Helping with data entry and record‑keeping Assisting with general charity admin tasks Supporting the CEO, trustees, and volunteer teams with day‑to‑day admin We will match tasks to your strengths and comfort level. Who We’re Looking For You don’t need charity experience — just reliability, organisation, and a willingness to help. We’re looking for someone who: Is organised and enjoys keeping things tidy and structured Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable using email, shared drives, and basic digital tools Can manage simple admin tasks independently Is reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines Enjoys supporting others and being part of a team Shares SUNSHINE’s values of kindness, inclusion, and joy Experience in admin, office support, customer service, or coordination is helpful — but not essential.
