Operations Assistant

Our client is a well-established, privately owned commercial property company with a portfolio of office buildings across Central London and the South-East. They are seeking a proactive and personable Operations Assistant to support their Asset Management team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their London office portfolio. Based primarily at a managed office building in W1, this Operations Assistant role combines front-of-house duties, tenant engagement, office management and property support. The successful Operations Assistant will also have the opportunity to visit properties across the London portfolio, making this a varied and hands-on position. This role would suit an organised and professional Operations Assistant who enjoys building relationships, maintaining high standards and taking ownership of a diverse workload. Previous property experience is not essential, as full support and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Act as the front-of-house contact for tenants and visitors. Build strong tenant relationships and assist with day-to-day enquiries. Coordinate meeting room bookings, post distribution and office supplies. Monitor property presentation and report maintenance issues. Support marketing and lettings activity, ensuring vacant suites are viewing-ready. Manage office facilities, refreshments and key systems. Provide administrative and operational support across the London portfolio. About You Friendly, professional and confident communicator. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
