As a Chef de Partie in our catering team, you'll take ownership of a key kitchen section, consistently delivering high-quality food that colleagues and customers can be proud of, while supporting a positive and professional kitchen culture. This role plays an important part in creating great dining experiences that support wellbeing, community and connection. Your work helps ensure meals are prepared with care, consistency and pride, contributing to an environment where people feel looked after every day. You'll be entrusted to: Run and manage a designated section of the kitchen, such as grill, sauce, pastry, or larder Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard, following agreed recipes and presentation guidelines Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and service delivery Supervise, train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen colleagues, helping them grow their skills
