The Role  

 

We have the unique opportunity for a Contractor Integration Coordinator to join our Games Integration team, and contribute to the success of a globally significant event, working within a collaborative, fast-paced team committed to delivering excellence to our stakeholders.   


Job Summary 

 

As Contractor Integration Coordinator you will support the successful onboarding and integration of suppliers and contractors, working closely with Contract Managers, Procurement, HR and operational functional areas to ensure all requirements are met and suppliers are fully prepared to deliver from day one. You will help manage contractor onboarding processes, maintain the Contractor Portal and ensure high standards of data integrity, while supporting reporting activities, contractor dashboards and Games readiness tracking. 

 

You will coordinate risk mitigation and contingency planning with key stakeholders, contribute to internal planning activities and support the delivery of taskforces and other operational initiatives. Working as part of a collaborative stakeholder relations environment, you will also assist wider teams when required, including areas such as Command, Control and Communications and Testing and Readiness. 


Key Skills and Experience  


We are looking for someone with strong organisational and administrative experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. You will bring an understanding of operational planning requirements with the ability to prioritise workload accordingly. You will demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities that enable you to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships. Impeccable attention to detail is essential, as are strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft 365 (Excel & Outlook).
