Audit Assistant Manager (KK)

Job Description: Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements. Providing supervision and assignments to team members as reviewing working papers completed by staff and drafting audit report. Responsible and coordinate all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, client, availability, job planning, and scheduling. Responsible for contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings Provides on-the-job training for staff Supervises findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff Participate and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments. Assess and providing feedback on staff performance for staff evaluations. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Minimum 4 years of related audit experience required Clear and concise written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge of audit principles and practices Strong people, project and client management skills Coaching and counseling skills Ability to delegate work to others Works well independently and with others
