This RTR (Record-to-Report) position is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about accounting and finance in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Description Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies and propose solutions. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the Record-to-Report function. Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Profile A successful RTR should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with an eye for detail. Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
