Description Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing tax returns. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis. Profile A successful Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
